This Privacy Policy explains how Inovativi shpk trading as Nagelista collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when customers browse the website, place an order, request support, or otherwise interact with our brand. Nagelista operates as a Kosovo-based ecommerce business offering custom press-on nails and related customer services for clients in Kosovo and across Europe.
This policy is intended to provide practical transparency for ecommerce operations. It is not formal legal advice, but it is designed to reflect serious business practice and commonly expected privacy standards for online retail.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact details such as customer name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
- Order details, including selected nail designs, customization requests, uploaded reference photos, order notes, and quantities.
- Transaction details such as order number, payment status, payment provider reference, currency, and billing-related metadata.
- Technical usage data such as approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device information, language preferences, and page interaction analytics where enabled.
- Support communications, complaint details, refund discussions, and other messages sent to our customer service channels.
Fit-reference photographs
When you submit fit information we collect photographs of your hands and thumbs, together with the country and denomination of the coin you used as a scale reference. These photographs are how your individual nail sizes are determined, so we treat them as the most sensitive information you give us.
- Purpose. To determine your individual nail sizes, to manufacture your set, and to resolve any question about the fit of an order. Nothing else.
- Who sees them. Only Nagelista team members who determine sizes or handle your order. Access is recorded.
- Storage. Privately, with our storage provider. Your photographs have no public web address and cannot be viewed without being signed in as you or as authorised staff. Filenames contain no information about you.
- Retention. We keep them for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and then delete them.
- Deletion. You can request deletion of your fit photographs and your Fit Profile at any time from your account.
- Automated checks. Automated checks may help identify incomplete or unclear photographs. A Nagelista team member reviews your fit information and determines your nail sizes.
Optional: sizing development
Separately and entirely optionally, you can allow us to use your fit photographs to develop better sizing methods in the future. This is not necessary to place an order, declining changes nothing about how your set is made, and you can withdraw at any time from your account.
We do not use your fit photographs for marketing, public examples, or any unrelated purpose.
How we use personal data
- To create, confirm, process, and fulfill customer orders for custom press-on nails.
- To communicate about sizing, design clarifications, shipping updates, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and customer support requests.
- To route customers to payment processing and reconcile successful, failed, or cancelled payment events through approved payment providers such as Paysera.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate orders, chargeback risk, and technical misuse of the website.
- To maintain internal records, improve operations, analyze website performance, and protect our legal interests where reasonably necessary.
Sharing, retention, cookies, and customer rights
We share personal data only where necessary for business operations, including website hosting, analytics providers, customer communications, payment processing, fraud prevention, cloud storage, and shipping or logistics partners. Payment card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by Nagelista.
We retain order and communication data for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Uploaded reference photos and related order assets may be retained as part of the order record unless deletion is requested and retention is no longer necessary.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for core website functionality, language or market preferences, cart continuity, and analytics where consent is provided. Customers may manage analytics consent through the website settings where available.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, or ask questions about how their data is handled, by contacting Nagelista using the contact details below. We may need to verify identity before processing sensitive requests.
Payment handling and security
Payments are initiated through the checkout flow on the website and may be completed via Paysera or another approved payment service provider. Nagelista does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
We may retain payment references, transaction status, order identifiers, and limited anti-fraud metadata needed to confirm orders, investigate payment disputes, and keep accounting records.
