How It Works

Four steps to a set made for you

Choose your design

Browse the collection or send an inspiration image for a bespoke proposal.

Submit your fit

Upload the required hand and thumb photographs with a recognized coin for scale, or use another currently enabled fitting method.

We determine your sizes and craft your set

A Nagelista team member reviews your fit information. After approval, we handcraft and quality-check your ten-piece set.

Apply, wear and reuse

Your individually fitted set arrives with application, removal and care instructions.

Once confirmed, your Fit Profile is saved in your account for future designs. Your Fit

Your coin is the scale reference

A coin has an exact, published diameter, which is what lets us translate your photograph into millimetres. Tell us which coin you used and we will use its official size.

A person determines your sizes

Your fit is determined by a Nagelista team member using the reference photos you submit.

Automated checks may help identify incomplete or unclear photographs. A Nagelista team member reviews your fit information and determines your nail sizes.

Photograph quality is checked first, and if anything cannot be used we ask you for a replacement before your set is made.

We need new photographs

One or more of your photographs could not be used to determine your sizes. Your order is paused — nothing is being made yet — and your original submission has been kept.

You do not need to order again — your order stays exactly as it is.

Reasons a photograph is usually replaced

The coin is not visible
The image is blurred
The photograph was taken at an angle
The image is too dark
The fingers overlap
The nail edges are not visible

Your photographs stay private

Fit-reference photographs are stored privately, are never given a public address, and are seen only by the Nagelista team members who determine your sizes.

We keep them while they are needed for your fit and for order disputes, then delete them.
