Scope and business information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Nagelista website and the purchase of products from Inovativi shpk. Nagelista is a commercial brand of Inovativi shpk, a Kosovo-based ecommerce business selling custom press-on nails to customers in Europe.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase contract and that the information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete.
Ordering, pricing, payment, and shipping
- All Nagelista products are made to order, including custom configurations and gallery-based adaptations.
- Product images are illustrative. Minor differences may occur because each set is handmade and prepared individually.
- Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable checkout currency and may vary by market, destination, and embedded shipping costs.
- An order is considered submitted once the customer completes checkout and is redirected to the selected payment provider.
- Payment may be processed through Paysera or other approved providers. Orders are not treated as paid until payment confirmation is received by Nagelista.
- Custom orders are made to order and usually enter preparation only after successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier performance, and customs handling.
Returns, liability, intellectual property, and governing law
Because Nagelista primarily sells custom-made and hygiene-sensitive products, return and refund rights are limited. Customers should review the separate Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Report damaged, incorrect, or defective orders within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the order number.
Nagelista is not liable for issues caused by incorrect sizing submitted by the customer, inaccurate delivery details, misuse of products, allergic reactions unrelated to a proven manufacturing defect, improper application or removal, or normal wear and tear after delivery. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
All website content, branding, product presentation, imagery, text, and design elements are the intellectual property of Nagelista or are used with permission. No content may be reproduced, republished, or commercially used without prior written approval.
These terms should be interpreted in line with the laws applicable to the business operations of Nagelista in Kosovo, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
