This policy is intended to provide practical transparency for ecommerce operations. It is not formal legal advice, but it is designed to reflect serious business practice and commonly expected privacy standards for online retail.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact details such as customer name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
- Order details, including selected nail designs, customization requests, uploaded reference photos, order notes, and quantities.
- Transaction details such as order number, payment status, payment provider reference, currency, and billing-related metadata.

- Support communications, complaint details, refund discussions, and other messages sent to our customer service channels.
Fit-Referenzfotos
Wenn du deine Fit-Angaben übermittelst, erfassen wir Fotos deiner Hände und Daumen sowie Land und Nennwert der Münze, die du als Größenreferenz verwendet hast. Anhand dieser Fotos werden deine individuellen Nagelgrößen bestimmt – deshalb behandeln wir sie als die sensibelsten Informationen, die du uns anvertraust.
- Zweck. Um deine individuellen Nagelgrößen zu bestimmen, dein Set zu fertigen und Fragen zur Passform einer Bestellung zu klären. Sonst nichts.
- Wer sie sieht. Nur Mitglieder des Nagelista-Teams, die Größen ermitteln oder deine Bestellung bearbeiten. Jeder Zugriff wird protokolliert.
- Speicherung. Privat, bei unserem Speicheranbieter. Deine Fotos haben keine öffentliche Webadresse und können nur von dir selbst oder von autorisierten Teammitgliedern nach Anmeldung eingesehen werden. Dateinamen enthalten keine Informationen über dich.
- Aufbewahrung. Wir bewahren sie nur so lange auf, wie sie für die oben genannten Zwecke benötigt werden, und löschen sie danach.
- Löschung. Du kannst die Löschung deiner Fit-Fotos und deines Fit-Profils jederzeit über dein Konto beantragen.
- Automatisierte Prüfungen. Automatisierte Prüfungen können helfen, unvollständige oder unklare Fotos zu erkennen. Ein Mitglied des Nagelista-Teams prüft deine Fit-Angaben und ermittelt deine Nagelgrößen.
Optional: Weiterentwicklung der Größenbestimmung
Separat und völlig optional kannst du uns erlauben, deine Fit-Fotos zu nutzen, um künftig bessere Methoden zur Größenbestimmung zu entwickeln. Für eine Bestellung ist das nicht erforderlich, eine Ablehnung ändert nichts daran, wie dein Set gefertigt wird, und du kannst deine Einwilligung jederzeit über dein Konto widerrufen.
Wir verwenden deine Fit-Fotos nicht für Marketing, öffentliche Beispiele oder andere sachfremde Zwecke.
How we use personal data
- To create, confirm, process, and fulfill customer orders for custom press-on nails.
- To communicate about sizing, design clarifications, shipping updates, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and customer support requests.
- To route customers to payment processing and reconcile successful, failed, or cancelled payment events through approved payment providers such as Paysera.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate orders, chargeback risk, and technical misuse of the website.
- To maintain internal records, improve operations, analyze website performance, and protect our legal interests where reasonably necessary.
Sharing, retention, cookies, and customer rights
We share personal data only where necessary for business operations, including website hosting, analytics providers, customer communications, payment processing, fraud prevention, cloud storage, and shipping or logistics partners. Payment card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by Nagelista.
We retain order and communication data for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Uploaded reference photos and related order assets may be retained as part of the order record unless deletion is requested and retention is no longer necessary.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for core website functionality, language or market preferences, cart continuity, and analytics where consent is provided. Customers may manage analytics consent through the website settings where available.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, or ask questions about how their data is handled, by contacting Nagelista using the contact details below. We may need to verify identity before processing sensitive requests.
Payment handling and security
Payments are initiated through the checkout flow on the website and may be completed via Paysera or another approved payment service provider. Nagelista does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
We may retain payment references, transaction status, order identifiers, and limited anti-fraud metadata needed to confirm orders, investigate payment disputes, and keep accounting records.
